QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer)
Learn to recognize suicide warning signs and how to question, persuade, and refer someone to help. People trained in QPR help save thousands of lives each year by being able to act during a crisis.
Duration: ONE HOUR
VA S.A.V.E
Signs, Ask, Validate, and Encourage/Expedite. This brief course helps you act with care and compassion when a Veteran is in crisis or having thoughts of suicide.
Duration: ONE HOUR
safeTALK
A face-to-face workshop with skills practice. Learn to prevent suicide by recognizing signs, engaging someone, and connecting them to an intervention resource for support.
Duration: FOUR HOURS
Mental Health First Aid
Learn risk factors and warning signs for mental health and addictions concerns. Develop strategies to assist someone experiencing a crisis or non-crisis situation.
Duration: EIGHT HOURS
Youth Mental Health First Aid
Designed for adults interacting with youth (12-18). Teaches a 5-step action plan to help young people experiencing challenges, anxiety, depression, or substance use.
Duration: EIGHT HOURS
ASIST (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills)
A intensive two-day workshop in suicide first aid. Learn to recognize signs, provide skilled intervention, and develop safety plans to keep someone alive.

It's Real: Teens and Mental Health *
Mental health education for ages 14-18. Raises awareness about mental health, self-care, and how to reach out for help. *This is a presentation, not a training.
Duration: ONE HOUR
Teen Mental Health First Aid
Equips teens (grades 10-12) with knowledge to identify and respond to signs of mental health or substance use challenges among their peers and support each other.
Youth focused (15-18)
Suicide Safety for Teachers & School Staff
Designed for school administration, faculty, and staff. Emphasis is on recognizing warning signs, clarifying school referral processes, and making a warm handoff to support resources.
